Oh, sure. I mean the code above should read thus:
var Records = XDocument.DOM.selectNodes("/my:myFields/my:Itemisations/my:ItemisationsTable");
for (var i=0; i < Records.length; i++)
{
var blah = Records[i].selectSingleNode("my:AllocationDetails/my:PaymentMethod");
//note that the below I have used for debugging ...

Hello, and welcome!
Not knowing what you have tried and not being entirely sure what your final desired outcome is, may I suggest the following:
Set your submit options to use rules
Set a rule to switch the form to the view you wish to email
Set a rule to sumbit the form using your email connection
Close the form after ...

For "blah" you are iterating through all the records nodes and then going back up to your main node to select the value -- which always returns the first value. The selectSingleNode for that variable should be from Records[i], so: "my:AllocationDetails/my:PaymentMethod"

I'm sorry to hear you've been ill. Is this form something you can share? If so, I'd like to take a look at it. If not, let me know, and I'll send or post the sample I used.

Hi, Phil:
I wanted to post the gist of our offline conversation here in case it can be of benefit to someone else. It appears that yes, you do need access to the server that SharePoint is on to install the web part. Installation instructions for the web part can be found here, in the DBXL installation documentation, about halfway down the page.

If you give them a rich text box, they can paste the link in and it will work as a link. You can even add some data validation to make sure they have the address you want (if the files should come from a particular library or some such....).

Hi--
Can you make section B an optional section? That would mean that your users could chose to insert it (which does give them the responsibility of adding it when it needs to be filled out).

I realize you are just copying and pasting the code provided earlier. That code depends upon you having a boolean field that can be set to "true" when certain conditions are met. You don't have to add a control, you can just add another node to your schema in the Data Source Task Pane, and set its datatype to be a boolean. Here ...

Any place you see XPATH to Reference Variable, you need to replace those words with the xpath to your field. To get that, you can right click on the field in the data source and select Copy XPath. When I read this code, it tells me that in the Changed event for your drop down, if the drop down changes from "new" to "extension", ...

You replace "XPATH to ReferenceVariable" with the xpath to the field you've added as boolean. Earlier, in the code connected to the drop down box, you set the value of a boolean field to true if certain conditions are met. The xpath to that field needs to go in quotes in place of the phrase "XPATH to ReferenceVariable".
