When I add an image to a template (IP2007), the image is stored with all the other files that are part of the template -- so when I extract the form files, the image is there. You shouldn't need to relocate ... Posted to Controls (Forum) by Hilary Stoupa on 08-01-2008 Re: changing views You could another node to your data source, a boolean, and change your submit to use rules. Have the first rule set the boolean helper field to "true". Then, in your form open rules, set the condition that if that field is true, switch the form's view. You can also accomplish this using User Roles, if you cannot adjust your data ... It seems that the validation errors prevent any rules in the submit from being run. I wonder if you used a regular button and added rules to it (so that the button's action was Rules and ... Posted to Newbie Questions (Forum) by Hilary Stoupa on 07-31-2008 Re: problems referencing from another view I think I get what you are saying now! View1 has the button, View2 has the table. You want to click the button in View1 and add a row to the table in View2--but you are right, you can't because the table doesn't exist in View1. However, you can add another table in View1 (connected to the same group, of course) and then use conditional ... On the text field you wish to have set to the URL, simply right click, select Properties, and in the default value select the Formula Editor button. Paste this in the formula ... This post suggests that SharePoint may not allow this type of query with its web services. I don't know definitively, but I also found this which suggests you may be able to get around this with a proxy web service that you can build yourself. I like this link for its list of available SharePoint web services -- I ... (For further reference, here is a link to the page.) I did a quick sample form with two views and a two tables connected to the same group in my data source (thus, they both had the ...
