We generally do not recommend submitting directly to a database from your form, because that database binding places a lot of restrictions on what you can do with your form. It's for that reason that we created the DBXL web service to stand as a loosely-coupled intermediary between your form and your database. It should be able to ...

subsoft's suggestion is a good one. It may be a good idea to organize it a little differently, though:
Sections (repeating)
SectionA (non-repeating)
Field1

Is there a particular reason you are using VB to perform this query? Is there some portion of the query that can't be done codelessly?
To populate the MSLB, you essentially do need some sort of code, though. The concept is to add an element to its repeating structure for each value you need to add, and populate those with the values you ...

It should be possible to use qRules in O365 browser forms without admin approval. Could you give that a try?

Could you give us screenshots of your list data source to give us some idea of its layout? Is the data connection sorted such that later submitted items appear later in the data connection. Would you be amenable to having it sorted so that later items occur FIRST? That may be easier to work with.

Using conditional formatting is essentially the only way to accomplish this, though I believe that it's fairlly easy. Note that you don't have to put the controls into sections. You can place the conditional formatting on the controls themselves.

That URL isn't going to work because listdata.svc has no idea how to access the contents of your FormLogic data source. You need to use concat() to patch the URL together (you would enter this in the formula builder dialog): concat("webapp/_vti_bin/listdata.svc/ProjectList?$filter=substringof('", ...

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what you're describing. Could you perhaps provide an image with a mock-up of what you'd like to achieve, and clarify what you mean by "transform a single row, X columns"?

Adding and deleting sections dynamically is not possible without some sort of code, but the Delete command in Qdabra's qRules makes this quick and easy. I recommend you try out the free trial and let us know if we can help with setting it up.
