Oh, I see now what you are saying. They won't be able to approve / reject from email. You'll need to include a link to the filled out form in the view sent in email, then they can click the link, and in your form load rules you can switch to the correct view so they can approve. I usually keep track of the user name for the approver, so I ...

I don't see any rules that would change the form to the approver view when you re-open it? I'd expect to see those under Form Load rules.... I'm guessing that is what you want to do? Send the email, and when the recipient opens the form, open the approval view?

Any chance you'd want to use Power Automate instead of SPD Workflow? I'm assuming from your post that you are using SharePoint Online - you'd have more control of this there, as you could use an SMTP connection.

You'll have to use workflow for at least the delete from the original library portion - just submitting the XML to a new location will not remove it from the original library. You might want to submit first to the original library with a status of complete, then in your rules, also submit to the new location, then your workflow only needs to ...

Can you tell me what the error message is? What are the submit rules?

I don't think that will be possible using out of the box list form functionality. Best I can think of is to set a field's value and use Power Automate on the list to use that value and delete the attachments after the list item has been resaved.
