Hi, Ra:
I have a test library that is linked to a DBXL doctype with a SharePoint Mapping. My promoted properties from my form are accessible in SharePoint Designer when I create a workflow action. For example, I have a promoted field called 'Job Name' and in a work flow action I can access that field for setting a condition or adding it ...

Hi, Ra:
Currently, we do not have this functionality. This came up recently with another DBXL customer, so we are definitely going to be considering it as a feature for upcoming releases.
You can promote columns from your form that might help work around this by providing your users with other information from the form in the default view to ...

Well, but copying the form template doesn't update the things I mentioned. At any rate, since you copied it, instead of moving it, that means your original is still in its original location! That's good news -- I assume it works fine still? That means you can create an .msi off of it and install it to see if it works! You may also want to ...

Let me know if ...

What does your code look like? Did you remeber to put a space between the end of the first string and the start of the second? That is, you aren't concating something like "....2003/ado/dataFields\"" + "xmlns:my.....", right? 'cause we need a space between the close quote of the url and the next xmlns....

Just so you know, you shouldn't have to be at full trust to run this code. Here's a thread with more info.

You can give variable 'biz' a temporary value and preview your form to be sure the value is being set by your code. So instead of:
Dim biz As String = e.InputParameters("biz")
You could say:
Dim biz As String = "test"
And preview your form. Does your field get populated?
