Probably need a bit more informaiton on what you are trying to accomplish.
You have a list of possible jobs in Access.
You want the user to select a subset of these jobs. Will that be stored in Access too or just in the form?
I am guessing you would need a repeating group in your form or a seperate table in Access if that is where it is ...

You cannot query a secondary data connection, but you can use filters. It will pull all 600 each time but you can only display the ones you want with a filter.
So you would want to filter the data for your drop down where department name = the department selected by the user.

If you are going to be using a repeating control then you need to look at using the current () function. It is tricky to get the syntax but there are plenty of blogs and posts here that should be able to help.

You want to check the drop down lists when the user clicks the button. I think the issue is the stock (default) button you receive with the form.
Typically you would just add some rules to the button. Open the properties of the button and switch it from a query button to a rules button with the ...

I would create a text field for saving the recipients in that you can use with your email submit.
I would then put a rule on the drop downs which set a fields value. Set the value of your new recipients field with concat(recipients, email[fullname=dropdown], "; ") When you select the email field from your data ...

Hi Kon.
You are in the same boat as you were before with Excel, the SharePoint list does not really make a difference.
You still need a mechanism to extract each row and then submit a form for each, since you want an individual form for each row of data.
You need a tool that will create the basic xml for each file from the data in your ...

I do not see anything in the syntax here. I am wondering if it is just above this code. Are you ending the previous Sub?
If you need an active directory web service to return username, domain, name, email etc then there is one included with the Database Accelerator or you can get it on its own. Qdabra Database Accelerator Suite Version 2.1 ...
