You need to open it in design mode.
Right-click and select design rather than open.
Then you can save your own copy. Probably might want to change the security level until you are ready to set it back to full trust if neccessary.

Welcome Jaime.
You describe a complex but doable workflow and assignment process.
You may be interested in the Database Accelerator Qdabra Database Accelerator Suite Version 2.1 - Developer since it includes sample forms which include the assignment and routing process you describe done in a task pane. If you would like I could show you a ...

Typically what I do is have read-only views and edit views. Then you can use conditions to pick the view. Since you have multiple sections and levels or read-only their may not be anyway around it. In that scenario, if you have say four different levels of user then you create a flag field that will have 1 through four. When the form ...

An enterprise solution such as this can be done. It is just getting it architected and having the right components. You can use email submits possibly for some workflow or if you would like to see some samples I have done send me an email. So you should have a table that will have userID or whatever and then jobID or in your sample you would need a color table with the userID and the color in it.
You would be your main connection if you are using Access and then you would create a repeating table. You would add your color field as a check box for times and each one is set ...

I think this could be done by adding an additional field to your list and form.
Lets call it select_flag. When the button is pressed it sets select_flag to true or 1 or whatever is not the default. You could also put the username in there if you were going to have lots of users so you could identify which user selected which.
Then put ...

Hey Joseph - This can be a bit tricky.
What you have to do is
Program =1 and Product=1 Or Program =1 and Product =2
You have to repeat you first condition twice to match the format in InfoPath.
Hope that helps

Go to the properties of the repeating table control and go to the conditional formating. There you can add your case field not equal to value and then have the formating be hide. Any rows which match this will then not display.

How are you doing your work flow right now. Are you using SharePoint? Do you have a database of the callers that you do a lookup with or is each one entered in each time?
