The file path in your hyper link is to the template (.xsn). The xsn doesn't store the values from the form. Why is the built in 'Save' functionality not enough?

Can you add a bulleted list bound to the sub questions in your secondary data source and filter based on the values selected for Questions?

If you are feeling brave you can try to modify the manifest.xsf (save a copy of your form first, then save as source files and open manifest.xsf with a text editor). Calculated fields are here: xsf:calculations

Hi -- If you have a secondary data source connection to your SQL database, you can modify the command in code to contain a where clause (for example) that would filter on the value in the field bound to your second drop down. Here is a great code sample (uses a stored procedure, but you can modify for straight SQL) by S.Y.M Wong-A-Ton.
