Hi:
I'm wondering if you really need 25 different templates. Are all the performance reviews that different? At any rate, here's a good article from the InfoPath Team on relinking forms that may help you.

So you've added a horizontal repeating section control? When I do that, IP puts it in a table cell that is only wide enough for the table to repeat once. Make sure the horizontal repeating table isn't being constrained by a layout table cell or by the scrolling section you've placed it in.

Hi:
I bet if you have InfoPath on your machine, you also have Access. You can use Access to create reports from a SharePoint list. Here's an Office Online article with some more information.

Save the xml from the form you create from scratch. Save the xml from a form created by your workflow. Open them both in a text editor and take a look at the processing instructions (at the top of the file). Are they different?

I didn't get an error tho, just no event ...

Hi -- when you say 'upload new template' what do you mean? Do you mean publish?

Well, my guess would be /my:myFields/my:txtApp but I'm guessing. If you are using IP 2007, you can right click the data field in the data source task pane and use Copy XPath to get the xpath. If you are using 2003, preview the form (or open it) and save a copy of the XML from the form. Open with the text editor of your choice. You can then ...

Since you are still using IP 2003, I'd recommend Patrick Halstead's book: Developing Solutions with Microsoft InfoPath

It looks like your rule to set the value is before your rules that add spaces if the field is too short. Do you add the spaces to get the Existing_group_number to match the DB's @RELMID? If so, those rules need to run before the rule where you try to set the existing_group_name. Also, I believe Rule 5 needs to use current() instead of the full ...
