Hi:
You can definitely hide and display sections based on a variety of conditions. For example, you could use User Roles and create some AD groups for your 'prep people', 'interviewers' and so on. The conditionally show or hide sections based on the User Role bound to that group. You can also base conditional formatting off of ...

If your web service takes parameters, they show up as query fields when you create a receive type secondary data connection to that web service. In your form, you can use rules on a field or a button to populate those query fields and then run the query -- which would return the data based on those parameters. Does your web service have ...

Hope that helps!

Hi:
The term to search on is Cascading Drop Down (so you know what to tell Google).
Here is a great tutorial by Greg Collins on this. Try walking through the tutorial before applying it to your own form, just so you can make sure you understand the concepts. Good luck, and post back if you get stuck!

Hi--
To use the built in InfoPath capability of submitting to an Access database, you need to base your form off the database at design time. If you wish to submit your data via code, the language you use may be dependent upon the version you are using and the tools you have available. IP 2007 comes with VSTA which you can use to add C# or VB.NET ...
