I had resolve the issue. I had published the secondary form to another domain and try to call the secondary form in my debug mode.
Once I had published both forms, the error does not occur.
Thanks for your help Greg!

Hi Greg,
I had tried the following:
-----------------------------------------------------------------
XDocument oXdNewForm = thisApplication.XDocuments.NewFromSolution(sPath+''TestForm.xsn'');
oXdNewForm.DOM.selectSingleNode(''/TEST_FORM/Info/ID'').text = sID;
oXdNewForm.DOM.selectSingleNode(''/TEST_FORM/Info/Officer'').text = ...

Great -- so just to clarify, you'll want to specify the new timeout this way:
XDocument.QueryAdapter.Timeout = 60; // or whatever length you want.

Try this:
XDocument oXdNewForm = thisApplication.XDocuments.NewFromSolution(@''c:\foo\form.xsn'');
You can also use Rules on a button to open a new form

Hi Greg,
Thanks for your reply.
Is there any sample code for the launching of secondary form from C# managed code and the access method? I had googled around and couldn't find any examples for it.
Many thanks in advance

Thanks for your time.
I am using InfoPath to retrieve and submit data to a SQL 2000 database.
I have a main database connection that is connected to three tables. There is a one to many relationship between the tables.
Machine Type to Parent Item
Parent Item to Component Item
I have a Secondary Data Source that contains these fields in ...

Okay, it looks like what you are looking for is XDocument.QueryAdapter, but this will only work if your main connection is a database or web service. If you have an XML file as your main data source, then the QueryAdapter will be null.
The DataAdapters is only for secondary data sources.
I hope this helps!
