My type for the date in SQL is a smalldatetime.
Also, the second issue I resolved by changing my int types in SQL to nvarchars.
I'll try the sDate.substring in the form_load...
SOLUTION: In SQL I added 5 hours to the date DATEADD(hh,5,MyDate).
2 other issues and my first form will be complete.
1) I currently have 2 datepickers, one to ...

That would be helpful. I'm still having trouble following it from this thread alone.

What you are looking for is custom data validation.
In the Text Box Properties dialog box, click Data Validation. Here you can create conditions such that: If the text box is blank, and the drop-down list is not X, then provide an error which says ''Box must be filled in''.

So what you are asking for is a way for an InfoPath form to be able to ''remember'' some configuration data from the previous run?
I'm not sure of a way to do that with InfoPath by itself. Cookies don't work as the form is always loaded in a new location.
A Web service could certainly have some way of keeping track, per machine, of some config ...

Adding a Query to the end seems reasonable. I was going to suggest that.
Is that the correct solution? I'm not sure. It seems like once you submit that there should be some sort of sync that happens between the form and the database. But since you are using a Web service, it's not surprising that that sync isn't happening. I would assume that if ...

Hmmm. Your not even working with a dateTime type, yours is defined strictly as a date type.
For JScript you would just use sDate.substring(0, 10); This would give you ''2004-10-04''.
What I don't understand is why you are getting all the time and time zone information for a date type.

I can't seem to find any easy way to substring the code in the Web Service because the contents are within a dataset and it looks like this:
<xs:element name=''MyDate'' type=''xs:date'' minOccurs=''0'' />
It doesn't give me an option to do a substring. So I'm not sure if my Web Service is able to handle it, if so, I'm not sure of where or ...

This is basically the expression that is being used for a repeating section inside a repeating section (the ''outer'' repeating section should act as the master)
(statuses) my:C_SolutionDocs/my:C_Docs/my:C_Doc = ../../Solutions/Solution/S_ID (Solutions)
''my:C_Docs'' and ''Solution'' are both repeating groups.
and my:C_SolutionDocs is inside a ...
