Hi,
This is a known issue in DBXL v2.4 and newer, and we're hoping to find a fix for this in an upcoming version.
For now, the workaround is documented in the DBXL release notes. Here it is:
An InfoPath 2010 browser-enabled form with an on-load data connection that retrieves data from a SharePoint 2010 library or list may present an error ...

If you're on InfoPath 2010, go to Data > Default values. There you'll be able to adjust the number of rows for your table. Good luck!

Sorry, I'm a bit confused. You said "I stripped off the domain for the approver" and that "I am now seeing sometimes the domain is there and other time not". What do you obtain out of the box? Does the domain show or not? Why did you add a rule to strip off the domain?

You might be able to accomplish this but it's tricky layout design. Here's an XSN to get you started. I couldn't quite get there, but this will give you an idea. Basically, you want to use two sections, one being a scrolling region. Good luck!

2. You open it in design mode and make changes, then save the XSN to your local machine.
3. You go to File > Publish and publish the form to the SharePoint form ...

Then it's a matter of hiding one of those image controls and ...

Hi Donna,
There would be a problem with the Electronic Signature XTP, yes. Assuming this is anonymous user access via the internet, how is an anonymous user going to have a PIN to sign with? A signature associated to their log in - when they're not logged in?
I think that would be my main concern here. A user who is not signed in ...

I'm assuming that there's a spacing issue when you used copy/paste, because there's no space before /id
SubmitToSharePointList /submit=WebServiceSubmit /mapping=Qmapping/id=my:ID
should be
SubmitToSharePointList /submit=WebServiceSubmit /mapping=Qmapping /id=my:ID
Is that correct?
We would need to make sure that:
1. The ...

Hi Senthil,
What is the command you are using? In order to modify list items, you'll need to provide a /id parameter. If an /id parameter is not provided, a new item is created each time.
