This link may be some help -- Basically, I think you need to install the certificate on your server -- sorry I can't be more help than that, I've not done much with full trust forms that aren't installable.

I'm wondering what the logic is with your questions -- for some "yes" would mean fail, for others "no" would mean fail, is that correct? If this were mine, I'd try to standardize it so that I could use a repeating section. I'd use a display of "Yes", "No", and "N/A", with, perhaps, any ...

I'd try setting the trust level back to "automatically determine" and see what happens. I haven't worked with database bound forms much lately, and definitely not with Access bound forms, so I can't give you a definitive answer, but it seems like it would be worth doing a bit of testing with.

With my form that gave me an issue, I found that removing the ...

Why is your form full trust?

I'd probably use an ...

Actually -- this should be do-able. Can you attach your template to a reply (under the "Options" tab), so I can take a peek?

When you say "see the page" -- are you publishing these as browser forms? Or are they opening with client?

That is under the Form Options -- it doesn't seem likely that would be causing your issue, though. You may want to do some more searching online for issues with promoted properties and IPFS -- I'm wondering if the issue you are having might be IPFS specific.
