Hi Shreeprabu,
Have you looked at using Rules and Filtering to reduce the list of the second dropdown when the first dropdown is selected? Greg has posted some HowTo's and Samples on how to do this using xpath filtering. This should be doable.

It's a big problem from infopath he don't fully support WSDL so the schema is made when you give an example value!
But you can manually edit the schema that infopath has made.
If you use managed code close your form and open the xsd schema (if your data source is getsignature the schema is getsignature.xsd).

I use a webservice to send and receive informations to a infopath form. I have an field, bound to ''startdate'', a datetime - variable. I want to make this field read only, but I can't change the type of the field from a date-field to a normal text-field and I can't mark it as read only.
