It's a common mistake to use repeating sections instead of repeating tables.

Thanks for that. Sounds simple. I'll try it.

One of my forms uses "auto" Check-out and Check-in (http://www.infopathdev.com/blogs/hilary/archive/2010/11/10/check-that-form-out-or-in-automatically.aspx - thank you Hilary!). I also use workflow to copy and delete files in the form library where this form is published.

It was my pleasure to help you - I know qRules can be a pretty steep learning curve, and you've done a great job grokking it thus far! Again, if you need more time on your trial, just let me know - I can always re-inject your form with an extension, or when we put up a new trial in a week or so you can download, install & re-inject. I think in your formatting rule you may need to use some parenthesis to get everything squared away. You can set the first dropdown in the condition ...

Okay, I must have misunderstood. I thought you wanted the Unit dropdown to have a different source for the values the user could select based on whether division, group, etc had a value. I'm sorry - I just don't understand what you are trying to achieve.

Oh wonderful, glad that worked out for you!
