I am using JScript and I try to make system time as reference but the reference number changes when someone opens it for editing. If c# can solve my problem how can I use it.

Wow that was quick! Bizarrely enough, if you are using a date picker there is no option to make it read only and if you use the Now() function in a Text Box it screws the formatting up...

Hi Oguz, Welcome to the Forum!
To save form to a sharepoint you to need to take a Sharepoint submit connection.
To send an email you have to take Email Submit data connection.
After taking both the connections, insert a button control in the UI and set rule on the button to submit to email and to sharepoint.
