It looks like maybe the main data source of the list and the secondary data connection for those calculated values are the same list.... So - the data you want to show in those calculated values would be the most recent data submitted with the same ...

Sure thing - your division will just have to understand that the form as developed, in SharePoint Online, won't be able to submit the data to a separate list. You'll have to disable any rules that call the lists.asmx service to prevent users from getting errors in SharePoint Online. :)

I mean, I guess I don't understand why the dialog box action doesn't solve the issue, if this is Filler - but if using a dialog box action (where you can show the value of the fields using a concat statement) doesn't work for some reason, you could do something like what is in the attached form?

See attached - save the form locally. Right click and select design. From there you can preview. I only added logic for Sect. 2. Hopefully that will get you started. :)

Hi! I generally understand forms better than descriptions - is there any chance you could attach your template under the Options tab in a reply? If not - are the calculated values default formulas in fields in the form? Or actual calculated values w/ formulas in them? Could it be you need to have more specific XPath filters in those calcs?

So - if you are using Filler, you can use a dialog box action - I think those can show a lot of data.... but you could also just add a helper field with a default value of field values concatenated at the bottom of the form (or in another view) that they could copy and paste. Sure thing. I'd add some helper fields that don't show on the form for this. You could add one for each section's submit status, for example - "Sect1Submitted", "Sect2Submitted" and so on. Then in the rules on the button for each section, set the correct helper field to true. Finally, for the controls in section ...
