Hi alenaustin,
I'm wondering how you submitted the forms to the new form library. Can you tell a little bit more detail on that part? Did you publish the browser based form to the new library, verified that form is opening in the browser, and submitted from there? Or did you submit the forms while the form is on preview (client) ...

Hi Olgierd,
I'm curious as to why you need to create a link instead of using "Add Document". Is there any particular reason for that?

Hi Kahri,
Have you by any chance used SharePoint Designer to set the workflow field?
Thanks,

Hi Olgierd,
You cannot promote an attachment field in InfoPath - it's something that's not supported when publishing InfoPath to SharePoint.
We do have a tool called qRules that can convert images and attachments to link and upload them to a separate library in SharePoint. That should allow you to publish the link field to your ...

Hi luke20,
For the first part, why not create a user group for the first four approvers (each user added to that group) and use the same submit logic only this time, it submits to a user group?

Hi Heather,
Why not create a separate view called Read-Only where all values are displayed in static fields (i.e. expression box) and disable the submit button?
In your Form Load rule, you can add something like if Group != FormApprover then switch to that Read-Only view?
Hope that helps!

If I'm not mistaken, I think you can't customize a three-state (SharePoint out-of-the-box) workflow to use the fields in an InfoPath form.
If you're using InfoPath, I'd suggest using SharePoint designer instead to create the workflow - it's free to download. You'll need to promote the fields when ...

Hello,
If the form is showing an error while loading, then there is some problem with the data source which is set up to ‘Automatically retrieve data when form is opened’. I'd suggest that you check your data connections and uncheck that option if you don't need to query on load. That will also help if the form is being slow.
What error ...

Hello JimiH,
I don't see any reason why it can't be possible. But to make sure I understand correctly, did you mean you're publishing the same form to the second library with different promoted properties? That's absolutely possible.

Hi Dan,
I think SharePoint Designer pretty much does it. When you create a workflow, select the condition where "End Date" is not blank and then select the action Send an email. I don't have the exact fields for you but if you create the workflow, there are some guidance there and you'll surely know what to do. When configuring ...
