Hi Racosta,
When u design a new form, select the ''New from data Connection'' option.
U get 2 options 1)Database 2) WebService
Select Database and finish selecting the specific database in the wizard.
In the datasource task pane, select the query fields and datafields and drop them to the form.
U have 2 buttons in the form

Hi,
yup,If u r gonna access the form from 100 systems, then u have to install the form in those 100 systems.
An easier alternative to this is to use digital signatures which ofcourse u have to spend.

Hi Spudy,
It works fine for me here.I can clone and append a row even after deleting that blank row.
Ok,If the problem still persists,Why dont u delete the first row after u finish cloning and adding all the rows?

If u still find it tough,I will give u the sample code as to how I did it.

Hi Spudy,
First of all why do u need to keep that one blank row?
You say that u r populating the repeating table programatically.
You dont need that one blank row to clone each new row.
U can as well delete it and then append the new rows.
If u r still gonna keep that first blank row (for reasons I may not know) and if u want to avoid having the ...

Check it out.
Once u get the hang of it, its quite ...

Hey Goose,
It would have been great if there was a way to dynamically create and modify the dataconnections using code.

Just take a look at the following link where there is a discussion on something similar.http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=350

Hi Brandt.
I got the mistake u have done.
When u use e.Source or eventObj.Source, u r not supposed to use the full XPath of ur field.
U should just give the field name since eventObj.Source already points to the repeating group.
So the right thing to use is
eventObj.Source.selectSingleNode(''<Field name>'').text
Example of the one I use ...

Hi Brandt,
I am unable to understand what u want?
Can u be more clear?
Place the code I gave u in the event handler(OnClick) of the button.
Using e.Source... allows u to access the value of any fields in that row from where u clicked the button.
Example:
If u click the button in the 5th row, then using e.source will get u the data ...
