Still getting an error.
'Failed to save to SharePoint. URL = 'http://****/den/hr/Receipts/prguser_ACVS2011-09-06T124725.pdf'
Are hyphens or underscores a problem?
-
No problem.
Just a little background . . . this is an expense report, so it IS possible that the filename that I specified could already exist since I just concatted the job name and the user. I tried appending now() to the end of it, and received this error -
Failed to save to SharePoint. URL = ...
-
I just looked at the guide, and it states "extension will be added by qRules"
-
Maybe I am not understanding the point of this command. I want to rename the file that gets saved to sharepoint because certain characters cause the file submittal to NOT work.
Why would I want to change the extension? I don't know if my users are going to attach a pdf, txt, or doc file.
I tried removing the spaces and ...
-
And I still get "Failed while checking for existing file" in the QRules error node.
-
OK, so when I do this, I get this result in the text field -
SaveToSharePoint /url=http://*****/den/hr/Receipts /xpath=/my:myFields/my:PurchaseTable/my:Purchases/my:Receipts/my:Attachment /name=Phillip Rguser_99
Which is what I would expect, as it set the user name, and a number I assigned as the file name.
-
If you are asking if the anonymous access is still breaking my SubmitToSharePointList command, then yes, it still is.
-
Bear with me, because I still don't understand what you are saying. What do you mean set the value of that formula?

Ok. When you run the command, could you use the same formula to set the command's actual value to a field in the form where it could be viewed? That may be illuminating.

I'm not sure I follow here. Take the output of the command somehow and set another field with ...
-
No, that was it. I just ran it again to check, and that's all the error that I am getting.
