Actually -- the :ListCollection was a change that was made for SharePoint 2010 compatibility. Using the UpdateListItems method in 2010 was failing if the listName field had a namespace (we don't want to talk about the amount of effort I had to expend to discover that).
Your error, on the other hand, indicates there is a problem with the field ...

For question 2 -- check out this Office Online article.
For question 1 -- try replacing the space between Test & Database with %20 which is a url encoded space. In Word and Outlook, if you type < before and > after a hyperlink with a space, it will resolve as a link -- not sure if that is the case in email sent via workflow, but may be ...

Template parts came out with InfoPath 2007. You can read more about them here. Don't let the blog title fool you -- even though it says InfoPath 2010, you'll see in the article text they refer to InfoPath 2007: " this new InfoPath 2007 feature called template parts"

Your choices are to write custom code for it or you could try qRules (we've written the code ...

Hi:
Do you mean that your new promoted properties don't show in the doc library's columns? Are you renaming form fields, or just the name for the promoted property?

I'm afraid I'm not super familiar with Access -- but can you create a view based off your query? You can select a view as a secondary data source in InfoPath.
But can't you just relate the tables in your data connection? So, create a secondary data connection to Access, select your main table, then click the 'add table' ...

Hi:
I'm not sure what version of IP you are using, but I know in 2010 (and I think in 2007), you can set your email submit connection to submit the current view only.
Then you just need a little magic to make the current view only include what you want. We generally add a field (either in a secondary data source or in the main data source if ...
