The biggest problem sounds like the opportunity for someone to access a machine for a malicious purpose. No one should have this opportunity...
Can you not protect yourself from fired employees? I think this would be a pretty big problem.

Sure, you could use conditional formatting the change the button.
1) Create a helper node in your form and call it ButtonPressed. This will be a boolean (yes/no) node.
2) Add rules to the button that sets the value of ButtonPressed to YES.
3) Add conditional formatting to the button that hides the button when the value of ButtonPressed == ...

I finally got this to work!
I used the code from the Microsoft example to generate xml nodes. I added the xml nodes to an array within the class that I am returning from my web service and InfoPath allowed me to bind to the array of nodes and create a repeating section with the RTB control.
Thanks for all your help!

Thank you for your answer !
By template I mean a preformated email.
So, I want to send this email from the form, and not send the form by email.
The emails I want to send are about other data.
i just want to create a button wich permit me to open a new mail when i click on it?
Is it possible?

I have programed a send email button into a form that asks for the email address but it leaves that button on the screen. I have users that will keep clicking on that instead of using send in the email portion of the message. I was wondering if there is a way to hide that button once you click on it to bring up the email.
