Hi:
Was there an error when you tried to submit? Or the items just didn't appear in your list? What data type is the Sub Task Assign column in your SharePoint List?

Hey there --
The combo box value is probably the ID, right? And the Name is the display? This means that you can get the value of the field the combo box is bound to in order to get the ID. Are you using IP 2007? Here is a blog post that shows how to get the value of a field in code.

To create a new folder using the DWS web service, first create a data connection that receives data from a web service. The URL looks like this:
http://<yourShPServer>/_vti_bin/DWS.asmx
Replace <yourShPServer> with your actual server URL.
When you click next, there will be some methods you can choose from. Select CreateFolder.

Create an XML file that has the data you need for you repeating fields. I've attached a sample form. The XML file is added as a resource file and a data conneciton is created that uses it, so the data stays with the form. The dropdowns then use the XML data. Save the xsn locally, right-click and select Design to open in Design mode so you can ...

You don't have to use code to create a folder. You can use the CreateFolder method of the dws web service. Create a data connection in your form to the web service. Set the url query param to the site specific folder name you wish to create (you could use a concat formula here, if you want to use form field values for the folder name) and ...

Actually, what I meant was have a single field that considered the 2 other conditions involved so that you only had to add one condition to each field's validation (along with the field itself being blank).
You can use a custom expression for a condition, and thus get past the "5 conditions limitation" -- like:

I'm afraid you aren't, if you aren't using an external data source.
You could have multiple combo box controls, and show / hide them via conditional formatting, if you are commited to your current design. I'd highly recommend using an XML file in the form for the data source for your combo boxes instead, because then you could ...

I'm afraid you are going to have to set custom validation on each of your 150 fields (that seems like a lot of fields -- you may want to give your data source design a review, just in case there are some that can be removed, should be repeating instead of multiples, could be option buttons, etc).
If the conditions are the same for all 150 (a ...

Any layout tables anywhere that may have their row height set incorrectly? What is the repeating section height set to? Is it in another section that may have its height set incorrectly? Can you attach your template under the Options tab of a reply so someone can take a poke at it?

I'm wondering if you get different results when the form is published (after setting the trust level back to domain, of course). Are you publishing to a form library? Can you publish a test version of the form to a test library, and see if you still have this error when the form is opened from its published location?
Were you previously able ...
