Thank you for the information. Unfortunately, we cannot mandate the use of SharePoint, web services or even a domain for what we're wanting to do with InfoPath; we must develop this solution without the requirement for the end-user to purchase any additional 3rd party solutions. In other words, ''we must make do with what they have''. ...

Interesting. I tried wrapping in a section and putting a tooltip on the section, but didn't work.
I found this thread that suggests using a task pane, but that's about it :(

Looks like I found my answer -http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.infopath/browse_thread/thread/92226f7c31ebd3de/ac3dc0d09aec0e23

Patrick,
Thanks for the guidance. I'll test this & research locks on forms. If I still have issues, I'll get back to you. Again, thanks.

I.E. From my form in form library 'A' I want to search for document '12345.xml' (the user selects the name from a drop-down) in form library 'B' and then read data from one ...

Thanks for the reply. I have tried that code, and that's when I get the message that the form doesn't have a file name. The form is fully trusted and deployed using vs msi.

Unfortunately, you cannot hack the manifest to add a field to the header/footer. This just doesn't work. And headers/footers don't currently work in WordPrint. Sorry.

Hi,
What I try to make is a selectsinglenode with a condition in a secondary datasource.
Hier is my code:
[InfoPathEventHandler(MatchPath=''/AV/AVel/M/choix'', EventType=InfoPathEventType.OnAfterChange)]
public void choix_OnAfterChange(DataDOMEvent e)
{
//sélection du muster pour le remplissage
if (e.IsUndoRedo)
{
return;}
