Is it possible to override the outlook confirmation box when we send the email in infopath. Reason being i do not want the user to see who has been informed of his/her form submission.
I do understand that it must be a feature to avoid any spamming, but is there a workaround to avoid it??
Any input highly appreciated!!
Thanks.

Is there a way to apply conditional formatting when a specified field is valid (i.e. passes schema validation and has no red astericks or red outline)? I know this is possible in code, but was wondering if there was an easy expression for it in rules.
If not, I think this would be a good addition to InfoPath.

If you are not actually using ''DocActionEvent e'' of the button then you can call the btnEvent_OnClick(null).
But yes if there are any rules on the second button they do not get executed.

I dont think so, this is similar what happens to the word file also. When you start a new word document then it will show document1.
If you really want to change it, one way is submit the form to sharepoint onload and reopen the form from sharepoint.(All of this can be done in code).

We have developed a form that has multiple views. We have set the print orientation to Portrait in each of the views but we still have to individually go to File => Print => Properties => Basic and re-select Portrait in order to get portrait prints. And the orientation will not save. The next time we come to this forma and try to print ...

Thank you, Agni. That was the answer. Many thanks. Thank you also, Matt. I will check out the info at that link. I'm learning that just because it looks like a Word doc doesn't mean it acts like one.
