Hey I create offline mode List Form Template I want to user only submit form only once.When user comes to online form will be submitted only once.
Currently when user modify this old form then user can submit this form as new form i don't want to do this. Is any solution ?

I need to create a form where i have multiple (about 15) fields that are basically "Choice" fields (choose A, B or C type). The issue is that I have about 60+ choices for each of these 15 fields. I know that using a "Lookup Field" is an option, but I'm using Sharepoint Online, so I am limited to only 12 lookup ...

Good morning from my end of the world :) I was able to successfully deploy and activate the form. Following your instruction, I used "Sandbox". Once I opened the form and clicked on the button, nothing happens. It's working now. I just added a "Close Form" action after the QRule command and it worked.

You do not need to use the Admin Deploy injection option if the only command you are using is SubmitToSharePointList. Just use Sandbox. What are the errors you get when you try to activate the template? Can you or your SharePoint admin check the logs?

My date picker is a plain grey box too, so it sounds like we are all having the same symptoms. I'm not seeing anything else online when I search on this tho.
