I'm confused: I have a data connection:
select distinct ''FullName'' from ''employee'' as ''FullName'' order by ''FullName''
When I run this data connection from managed code, everything works fine. But when I put a 'where' statement in it, the result will always be ''''.

I think this is supported only in that you will basically be publishing to a shared location, much like a network drive. You won't get advanced features like SharePoint column promotion and form relinking scripts, but I think it should work. Hello,
You can do it easily via code by setting the To line based on which button is clicked. If you do not want to use code, you cannot create multiple email data connections one to each To email address. For each button set rules so as to submit to the appropriate email data connection
Hope this helps!

There is a rowLimit option in the GetListItems - this can be used to get more than 100 items. Set this as 50000 or some similar large number and you will get all the items in the form library.
