I made another try with a blank page and it works perfectly.
It appears that this line :
XDocument.DOM.setProperty ''SelectionNamespaces'', ''xmlns:my=''''http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/infopath/2003/myXSD/2006-03-06T09:58:56''''''
...is very important.
It contains : 2006-03-06T09:58:56
I don't know why it makes the formular I made ...

I've got a drop-down list that is populated from a secondary data source.
What I'd like to be able to do is write some code in the OnLoad sub that sets the default value for this list.
Is this possible?

Well I rewrote something more simple :
Sub CTRL20_13_OnClick(eventObj)
Dim ISOdebut
Dim ISOfin
Dim DATEdebut
Dim DATEfin

DATEdebut = CDate(ISOdebut.text)
DATEfin = Dateadd(''d'', 20, ...

Sounds like you don't have something installed. I'm not sure what your development environment is, but the ADO stuff installed itself for me.
Try downloading and installing this:http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=5067faf8-0db4-429a-b502-de4329c8c850&displaylang=en

Shaul, I don't think this can be avoided. However, you might look into using mutliple views on one forms instead of several XSN files if you are accessing the same data source.
Just a thought.

I want to have multiple forms (.xsn files) with shared ''elements'', e.g. sections with controls on them. However, when I copy a control from one form to another the data bindings are lost. This seems to happen even if the data source is the same, e.g. same SQL Server database.
Can this be avoided or circumvented? Thanks.

XmlNode ndQuery = xmlDoc.CreateNode(XmlNodeType.Element,''Query'','''');
XmlNode ndViewFields = xmlDoc.CreateNode(XmlNodeType.Element,''ViewFields'','''');
