I have a block of code for InfoPath, trying to submit a form through email and read the control text fields to concatenate them in plain text form in the Intro segment of the email so that Blackberry users will be able to read the data. My code worked on an old form, before I rebuilt the form to be based on a database. Now it won't seem to read ...

When you right click the check box to bring up the Check Box Properties, select the Display tab. Click the Conditional Formatting-> Add. You can then set your condition, and select the ''Disable this control'' check box.
Is this what you are looking for?

Thanks very much, but the customer just wants the choices greyed out to show they are disabled, not hidden. Perhaps a different view should be used? That way I can manually grey out the controls if the check box is checked. That is the only solution I can think of.

Please check out this HowTo article:http://www.infopathdev.com/howto/tutorials/default.aspx?i=95f238a046174e749ae2338545e75867
It shows you how to hide a check box using conditioal visibility.
Hope this helps.

ItemsbyOrder and CustomersbyOrder.
This is solved if we create a not repeating group and we move the repeating group ...

Hi folks,
I'm currently working on a form that is linked to an Access database.
The users need to be able to enter hyperlinks in fields in the form, and to be able to click on the link to open the referenced document or page.
The problem is that hyperlinks are treated as plain text when entered in a text field. I can't use rich text fields ...

I have a form that includes check boxes. When the user checks a box, certain choices are not available and should be obvious to the user that he cannot choose these options. What is the best way for InfoPath to handle greyed out controls?

To call security level 3 methods you need a fully trusted form template.
Domain security level allows call to security level 2 methods and lower in the object model.
The security level is specified for each method in the SDK.
Im not entirely sure, but i would guess that all framework classes are level 3 (anyone?).

Hi Fredarwin,
I too had the same problem once upon a time.Just forgot as to how I solved it.

i.e did u move ItemsbyOrder above CustomersbyOrder???
i.e in the DataSource Taskpane, did u select ItemsbyOrder and ...
