A link to your post has been forwarded to our support email -- someone will post an answer here as soon as we know more (good job troubleshooting by the way, since you already checked the data source in the form!)

Verify your case is correct -- I usually drag the whole data source onto my form and preview to see all the keys and values from GetMyInfo to know for sure.

Hey, Qwerty!
Thanks so much for the great post. Here's a link to a sample form that uses preceding-sibling to create a row number....

And your form has no code?
I'd set to domain and try publishing to a new, test library, I think, just to make sure it wasn't the SharePoint library causing the issue somehow....

You say you uploaded the form to a library. Forms need to be published to open correctly -- if you don't want a form library for your form, you'll probably need to publish it to the library (as if the library were a network location). Most likely your form does NOT have to be full trust, unless you have custom code that requires it.

We offer training.
What changed on your machine? I take it this was working and then stopped? Have you tried repairing InfoPath?

set dataObj = XDocument.DataObjects("GetDatePlusDays").QueryAdapter
With the name of my own data connection instead of "GetDatePlusDays", of course. Hopefully someone with IP 2003 SP 1 will be able to chime ...
