Hey Ben -- note for the future -- if you create a new thread in the qRules forum we'll be more likely to see this than tacking it on here....
That said, your XPath in your command is incorrect:
concat("SetValue /xpath=:myPurchaseOrder/my:FinanceSummary/my:PurchaseOrderStatusGroup[", count(preceding::PurchaseOrderStatusGroup) + 1, ...

You may also want to compare the IE settings on a "bad" machine with those on a "good" machine....

Having reviewed your forms, I think the issue is your data structure. Your repeating group you are using the Insert command on is in the root node. As you work on your form and add more items to your data source, that node is no longer at the end of the tree -- and Insert will try to insert at the end of the parent. If your parent is your root ...

Hi:
What do you mean by "remove any binding to it"?
I think what you are saying is that you use the insert command repeatedly on the same parent node, and in certain circumstance, the command will fail repeatedly.

Hi, Pam:
The issue is most likely in the mapping file -- we found that in SharePoint 2010, if the list name parameter uses a namespace (whether via qRule mapping or another data source field), the submit will fail in the browser.
If you'd like, send your template to our support email alias (it is at the back of your qRules user guide) and I ...

You need to do this in the Data Source Task Pane if the field uses a dropdown control. Right click the field in the task pane and select Properties. There you can set your default value.

Hi, Donna:
Here's what Jim said:
If the GetMyInfo() returns the employee id, I suggest they double check the spelling being passed. I do not believe it is case sensitive. If it isn’t showing up in the GetMyInfo list, then the Active Directory admin will probably need to make sure people have read access to the attribute.
Now, we ...

Hey, sudheshdessai:
You need to change the trust level of your form.
