Hello,
I believe my experience in the past has been that a form has to be full trust to use Debugger.Break(). Could you give that a try? You could change it back to domain trust when you're done troubleshooting the issue.

Je pense que si vous non pouvez pas le publier sur un serveur, installer le fichier sur tous les PC pourrait être la seule option.
-
What kind of form logic is setting the fields to their non-negative value? It sounds like that's being re-triggered when the form is opened, perhaps due to the loading of a data source or something like that?

Qdabra's DBXL includes a ready-made generalized webservice (QueryDB) for querying SQL Server databases. It was designed with precisely this requirement in mind. It can save you time and money compared to writing your own webservice.

I believe you can use Section controls to fill each of your table cells and put conditional formatting on those. Have you tried that?
Perhaps it's because I don't know what your code is doing, but I don't see how iterating through a repeating section in small bunches would improve the speed. Could you elaborate on that?

One thing you can do is use InfoPath to create and use an XML Template Part (XTP) in your forms.
-
If you use InfoPath's built-in data connection features to access your own web service, domain trust should be fine as long as the form is published to the same domain as the web service. I think domain trust will still work if they're not on the same domain, though the user will probably be prompted for approval.

Typically, forms have to be full trust to execute SQL from code. One way around this is to create and use a web service, which doesn't require having any code in your form at all.

I don't think there's a way to do that with a multi-select list box. Might I suggest using a number of checkboxes instead?

You can use an expression box (calculated value in 2010) with this XPath:
concat(substring(dateField, 6, 2), '.', substring(dateField, 9, 2), '.', substring(dateField, 1, 4))
