Hello Dean,
You would have to create a totally new secondary data source with three fields. Then write a bunch of code to copy over the data from the sharepoint list data connection to the new secondary data source. When you are copying it over set the third node value to be the concat value. But this would be lot more complicated than the ...

The easiest way would be to just print the form to a PDF image writer.
To make things nicer you could first define a default print view where you make the form ready for print.

Hi Sagiw and welcome to our forum!
Sounds like you have a ''work on behalf'' role. Yes, it should be possible to create and use a digital certificate for that purpose. Do you have Certification Authority? Does your org allow creation of digital certificates by employees?

This thread was very helpful in getting the infopath form to submit the data to list. However I have reached the stage where submit goes through and I get a success message but data is not appearing in the sharepoint list. It's an XML specification the date is always send by a date picker in this format (YYYY-mm-DD) so the only things to made is transform to rearrange it!
But if in your schema this field is define as datetime this would be make an error if you tra to validate after have make the transform!

Hi Cheri,
Not sure if you posted else where. You can have a repeating optional section. Jus set minoccurs to be zero on the node that is repeating and you will be able to delete all sections mapped to that node from the view.
Hope this helps!

Hi Deb,
Hmmm. Looks like the user doesn't have full rights. Is the InfoPath form on the same server as the Contacts2 list? What is the security level for the form? (in Designer, go to Tools->Form Options->Security)

Hi Luis and welcome to our forum!
You can add some managed code to set a text value to System.Username or you can buy our AD Web service and add a data connection to the GetMyInfo web method and set the value to a text field that is saved to SQL as a value of one of your database columns. Good luck!

Hi Deb,
Can you tell me what do you mean by ''When I go to Data Source in the task pane I see ''Main'' and it's grayed out.'' Do you mean when you are in Design? Secondly, when you created your data connection for your form (in Data Connection Wizard) did you specify your form library name?
