Wonderful - and that is an acceptable work around for you? Your users don't require rich text?

So I've been playing around with it and believe I figured out the culprit: the text box is rich text. As soon as I changed it to plan text the wrapping worked as it should in the email body.

I found a work around that works - though I really do miss a date diff function.
I have two date fields: [RequestDueDate] and a [calcDateField].
On form load: [calcDateField] = now()
This allows for the revolving number of days till due. Once [calcDateField] changes to the now() date, then rule fires ...

I don't think you are going to make your form slower with that many actions - after all, all the same fields will be set regardless. I looked and it is not there BUT I asked a technician here and he said that the intranet is already in a 'super rule' (the amins have access to this) so ec.gc.ca is apparently already in the Local intranet sites...

You can have code in a browser form still - as long as this is not Office 365 or you haven't moved to SharePoint 2013. But it wouldn't be worth it for this - it would be better to just write the rule to set all 20 fields. You can also do this with a manual modification to the form's manifest file to add an XPath filter to the field you ...

Sorry - Under Internet Explorer > Internet Options > Security, select Local Intranet. Select Sites. Select Advanced. Add your server to the sites in that list. I'd try something like *.ec.ga.ca (if I am reading the address from your screenshots correctly).
