I saw your original post and didn't reply because I've not run into this before. I guess I would maybe try a test form (with just a field or two) in a test library - add a similar workflow and see if you have the same problem?

Filler forms don't submit to lists, but they do to libraries. What do you mean by not being able to publish the form? Do you get an error or something?

No other qRules option, I'm afraid. I can't think of a no code way to check if a link can be reached. The issue with the IsDestReachable command is that it relies on the Filler object model - I don't know of an option that is permitted in browser code.

So - when the form is submitted, the library shows that template link? I'm wondering about the link in the email - what does that look like? Where does it come from - is that from data in the form, or is the link sent via email?

Does anyone have any advice regarding this? Or is there another forum better suited to answer this question? I am new to InfoPath. Workflow action “Set Field in Current Item” seems pretty straightforward, unfortunately locking the form library row indefinitely prevents me from using it. I'd appreciate any leads.

Hi Hillary, I have a quick question... Why can I not able to use the InfoPath Filler option that allows digital signatures. When I try to use it I am able to build the form library, build the form, adding digital signature is not a problem but I am not able to publish the form. Is there a setting the folks with the server can change? or ...

Thanks for the reply Hilary. It ended up being that the URL I was given did not contain all the lookup data and I was under the mistaken impression that the GetUserByName could only be called from that URL. After doing some digging on other websites, I reset the URL to my own Sharepoint site and everything worked as intended.

Sounds awesome! Thanks again Hilary :)

Hi everyone. Quick question from me. Is there a QRule command which can check if a link/destination URL is accessible? I know there's a "IsDestReachable" command on QRule but I don't think it's applicable for browser-enable forms.
Or if a QRule command is unavailable, maybe a possible no-code workaround?
Thanks everyone in ...

Cool. Noted on this, Hilary. Thanks again :)
