Is your site a Secure site(https), is every one accessing template.xsn with ''https://...../Forms/template.xsn'' or do they use ''http://.../Forms/template.xsn''?
Normally you will get this error if the template is not located at that specific location.
Can you try one thing from that user

Where do you have the file saved in the file system or the Sharepoint?
If it is Sharepoint you can delete the file by using ''Lists'' webservice provided by Sharepoint.
If it is File system you can use System.IO.File.Delete(''path'');

Basic idea: Add additional rows to a filtered repeating table showing subtotals.
Example:
Data Source: Vendor, Month, ServiceType, InvoiceAmount

Sounds like there's no way to get InfoPath to do this. Thanks for the alternatives. I agree, they sound like they would work.
The hand-editing probably will not go on long, once the form matures. I'm a bit more concerned about breaking ''diff''. (i.e. if Infopath decides to save everything on line 1, diff will not be very useful).
