Your secondary data source will be structured like this:
Items ( group )

--ID
--Name

This XPath looks right, are you sure that the Web Service is returning what you are expecting? To check this, drag-n-drop the repeating item onto the view and hit preview.

Did it ever work before? You might be hitting the '100 items displayed in the default view' error. For this I think you just have to change how many items are displayed in the General Settings of the list. Please see this HowTo:

Hi Sujan and welcome to the forum!
Are you having any specific problems with the HowTo? Could you please provide a little more information?

2. Follow the wizard to Extract the files to a folder
3. Browse to that folder, and ...

A repeating table with 9 columns sounds like the best bet to me. I'm not sure what you'll be doing but the last two columns sound like they don't necessarily need to tie to XML nodes as they could just be expressed with expression boxes.
Anyway, a repeating table sounds like the best bet.

What do you mean you want to ''disable an account''? Do you want to control Windows security settings from within InfoPath? I don't think this will be easy.
Or do you want to block certain content when a certain user is logged in? To do this it shouldn't be too hard and you should look into creating User Roles depending on the text box node that ...
