Oh, got it - it just confused me. Makes sense. I don't see anything wrong. What I usually suspect for qRules issues in the browser but not the client are that 1) postback is not set (which you corrected) or 2) the ListCollection node in the mapping has a namespace (that is an issue that is ShP 2010 browser specific and I can see that your ...

What is odd to me is that the URL in the log and returned by qRules is pointed to "mysite" at all. Your form mapping and data connections are pointed to a different site all together. Or did you change the template?

Well, you see, the form schema doesn't know or care what view the user is on. It only cares about those fields which are set to not be blank.

Well, again, I'll need some help -- when you say "can no longer execute the qRules command at all" -- What do you mean? Any error in the error node? How do you know the command is not executing -- are you basing that off items not being submitted to your list? Are you submitting any of the fields you mention above to your list? Are ...

Okay, I see you emailed me your form. I see three buttons set to Submit. They submit to email connections. But it seems that your repeting section with the Enviar reclamo para Asignacion de responsable de área button is unbound - that may be causing issues with your Nombre_Mail field that is supposed to contain the email address you are submitting ...
