I inserted a item to a sharepoint list from InfoPath. It worked fine through the CAML. I created an another view in InfoPath where I tried to update and delete the items in list. Used the Update and Delete CAML. Delete Works fine but Update greys out null values or blank values inserted ...

There are subtle fixes that needs to be done before you use the code. It works great. You can submit the entire form offline.

If I insert style='' width:5px; height:500px after the value= statement I get a blank html page.
If I add style='' width:5px; height:500px at the end of the line I get errors?

Certaines fonctions particulières non possiblent directement avec l'éditeur (cad InfoPath) il est nécessaire d'éditer et modifier certains fichiers avec le Notepad.
Par exemple pour trier les données d'une zone de liste déroulante dans l'ordre alphabétique.

My question is this - how can I combine this code with a form that submits to a MS Access database?

If you are asking about share point submit file name. Follow the steps specified above.
1 Double click on submit button.
2 In General tab under Action drop down select ‘submit#%92.
3 Click on “Define Action parameters”.
4 Enable submit commands and buttons radio button.
