Je ne comprends pas le contexte de ca? es-ce une sauvegarde sur le pc de l'utilisateur ou sur un serveur? Sur Sharepoint? Y a t'il un numéro qui est accrémenter à chaque fois ou chaque fois qu'on recommence on recommence la num?
ou es-ce seuleuement si l'utilisateur presse enregistrer tu doit lui mettre un nom par défaut?

The primary key for every row should be unique.
Are u by any chance repeating this primary key for any of ur rows when u update and resubmit the form.
Give unique values for the primary key field before u resubmit and let me know.

U can use 2 separate views to implement this.
One view to fill information by the Project Managers and the other view, where the project manager's list of projects are displayed.
