Hi
I need help with data validation. I have a list of simple yes/no/na drop down boxes for questions. I want valdiation to require a comment if the user selects No from the drop down list. Thre is a text box for comments next to the drop down list. Can someone help me out.

InfoPath can certainly be a part of this workflow and would be an excellent tool help you get this done, but I don't think you will find that InfoPath alone can do all this for you. I have one infopath form that takes care of a multitude of functions and data, the form is comprised of 4 views, and at least 300 fields where data could possibly be stored.
The form is published to a sharepoint library and lists specific sets of information depending on the view the user has selected.
My problem is that I have 300 fields ...

I have a form published on sharepoint as a list. Users can fill the form by clicking on the ''fill out this form''.
the problem i have is that when users go to the site, they can see all previously filled forms.
Is there an easy way to hide/mask these forms. Or to send them a link which just opens the form, eg.. something ...

Sorry if this has already been asked, but is there a way to use InfoPath for Document Approval? I've never used InfoPath so I'm not sure of its capabilities.

Type ahead is not supported in Office 2007 Beta 2.
But yes this would be a very good feature to have.

You can change the reference in the manifest.xsf file.
This will be in dataobjects area, there look for you dataconnection details and change ''Data Source = developmentServer'' to ''Data Source = liveServer''.
