Hello,
Thank you for the reply...
I'm not familar with user roles but will begin to research them. So is it possible that I can assign a role to each recipient and show them only their view?
Thanks again for the reply.

Hello Cking,
Welcome to Infopathdev Forums
You cannot send only views to different people. The form is sent as a whole. But you can set views to different people by default and hide the other views based on user roles, but the form will be sent in complete.

How come when I try to conditional format (hide) a whole section (so only when ''Monday'' is checked, it will show up), it won't let me? You can only do individual fields? I was trying to put it in a section so ''Cost'' would show next to the field. Is this normal?

Yes you can save the form in the OnClick Event handler.
You can use the thisXDocument.SaveAs(string locationToSave) method to save the file in the OnClick Event.
Is it that what you are looking for?
