Hi:
Sure, you can add additional filters. I'm not sure which field it would be in your data source, so I'll bold the piece you'll need to change.
count(VET1[@OccupationsOne = current()/@OccupationsOne and @SomeOtherField = "1 - 2 Years"])
Some things to note - that comparison is going to be case sensitive. So if your field ...

My first thought is - what is your workflow triggered by? To the best of my recollection, you can set workflows to start for a new form, or when a form changes.... I guess the concern would be, what if something in the form changes and a new task shouldn't be created? You may need some field the user can leverage to indicate intent - that is - ...

Hey there - the Context.xml is only needed when you are previewing - it shouldn't be necessary once the form is published to SharePoint. That said, the siteUrl should be to the SharePoint server:

Here's one approach for sequential numbering.

Does the rule work on the drop down in the client? If so, you need to adjust your postback settings on the control. But you are right, this type of scenario won't work in a repeating section, or a set up like I see in your form, where you have multiple drop downs bound to the same data source (by the way - next time, you may just want to use a ...

Not to my knowledge.
May I ask why you are trying to do this?
