Hi, Rommel - I'm sorry about that, thanks for letting us know. We'll get that updated, and I will follow up here as soon as we have that link fixed! FormsViewer does work with SharePoint 2016 on prem & your SharePoint servers can be hosted in Azure. More soon, once I have a new download package ready...

I think without some kind of code you won't be able to have a running "clock". Workflow with a pause step is the best suggestion I have for this. Is your email sent via workflow or from the form? If the form is using an email submit connection to send the email, you could do some formatting to hide blanks when the email sends. ...

Also, does the latest forms viewer work with SharePoint 2016 on premise? Does it matter if the SharePoint servers are hosted in ...

Thank you again Nolan,
I eventually figured it out, and here is where I changed it (from my documentation)
There is an interesting side note about the way the form is
rendered. The first time it is pulled up, it is pulled inside of a sharepoint
page, as a web-part. It follows the SharePoint rules, and the web-part rules,
and is wrapped ...

There are about 1900 systems in the list. Most inspection reports come in one at a time. Though, there are times when one unit will send in dozens at a time. I'd like:
1. To have a running 'clock' on current entries in the list, and when the difference between 'Today's Date' and the 'Date of ...

Same issue here as well. I have been able to get all my form locking processes working but the Checked Out By name ends up being the SharePoint Service account set as the credential user and password for the Secure Store Service Application. I have tried Individual as well as Group and Group Ticket without any difference. Any assistance ...
