Hi Ikith,
Workflows work on InfoPath forms. I'm guessing that the "collect signatures" functionality is specific to Word though and that may explain why you are seeing issues.
Sorry, but that's all I can think of.

Hi Donna,
We have several customers using claims-based authentication on ShP2010 to authenticate external users - in fact, that's how Office 365 does it. You can use the UserProfileService to get the name and alias of these users, but you have to do it with qRules in the sandbox. Without qRules, you can set up a UDCX file with special ...

Hi Max23jai,
It depends on the rules behind that button. Can you attach your XSN?

You could install 2007 on top of 2010 and use both. The forms would be compatible.

Good luck!

Hi Rob,
Well, simple rules should suffice. Do you have conditions set correctly? Maybe you can attach your form (or a sample) and we can have a quick peek and post back.
Thanks,

Make sure you create your form using InfoPath and not a List Form. List forms can pull data from multiple lists, but can only submit to one list. To submit to multiple lists, you need to create a full-fledged InfoPath form (as opposed to a simple list form) and use qRules with multiple mapping to submit to both lists. Here's a link to a video ...
