I need people to be able to post an InfoPath form to a SharePoint library without letting them see other peoples posting in that library. Any know how to do this or is it even possible?
Thanks.

Ok, it sounds like I need to be more direct.
Question1
More specifically here is the xpath that works in setting the value from another control, which is a drop down with EMPNO:

Hey Linda,
No problem on the helping, it's actually pretty fun, and you seem to be pretty sympathic - you work some kind of support regime at your company?
Anyway, about this error. I think we discussed this in pretty good depth towards the beginning of the post. I saw one post that I made on 16 February 2006 : 8:44:48 PM that seemed to have ...

Matt,
Thanks for the quick response and I also have to extend thanks for your even being here with some good InfoPath information as it seems to be pretty scanty in general.

3. ...

(This is a duplicate of a topic I accidentally posted on the Newbie forum.)
Using VB.Net, how can I get Data Type of a Data Source.
It looks like I can do it with the code below, which I adapted from a post on this forum. But for data types other than ''string'' (boolean, date, etc.), the ''node.datatype'' returns a null.

Yeah I had that error until I installed .net framework 2
If you already have .net 2 installed then uninstall it and reinstall it like Matt suggested
I would download a fresh copy of .net 2 from microsoft, there have been lots of beta's being passed around which dont work with final version of vs2005
