OK, I tried following: I added a OnLoad-Routine to the Combobox. Then I insertet your code. This I modified.
The XPaths of the values and the combobox I copied by pretending to set a fields value with a rule.
But I am just too stupid to do the code thing right :-(

Got a problem.
Infopath allows you to create and upload web-base forms.
Now you can publish those into a sharepoint server V3
For now on, got no problem.
Even not when accesing the library.
Only got a problem, when i'm going to insert or update the data.
IE doesn't show the form, although it is web-formed enabled.

im making an app where i have to read metadata and filled form data from the samplemetadata and template files.
these files are inside the xsn file.
and i have to read the metadata and the filled form data after opening the xsn file in an .net application.
has anyone else tried doing this, using the infopath object model ?

Could you tell us the exact InfoPath version and IE version on the machine where you experience the problem? Thx.

I try in several machin. It's work only in my machin.

It sounds like an XML Schema issue to me. Have you had a look at this good how-to on how to create a ''same as'' check box:

Are you using beta versions of either IE or InfoPath 2007 by chance?

Hmm. I'm at a loss now. There is clearly something wrong with the configuration on that machine. Have you tried a third machine just to check if it works elsewhere?
