  • Re: Repeating Tables

So it looks like (from your 2nd screenshot) is that you want to get the sum of ''Total With VAT'' fields and place it in ''Total'' field. Is this correct? What I don't understand from the data source images compared with your second screen shot is whether your ''Total'' field is ALSO inside the repeating ''d:SIRF_table'' node.... if it is, it ...

  • Re: Default Values and Secondary Datasources

You should be able to use filters on a default value formula for a text box. The example I provided above was just what I built in an attempt to provide the steps in my reply. Good luck!

  • Re: Nonrepeating field in a repeating table

If this is not the case, then you really should repeat the employee field within the table... otherwise how do you know which employee each row is associated with? If only a single employee is associated with all rows in the table, the you could do a schema ...

  • Re: Using Set command in vbscript

mbenbow - thanks for your reply, I see where it helps. I have another question. Do you have to execute PopFieldValue any time you need to change the value from the script? We're linking the form from an SQL table so we do a lot of updating of fields through the script (object code) This would not be much of a problem on small forms but it ...

  • Re: Code and Object Required

Hey, My Xpath is not wrong! The code work in more than 30 forms! And SEQNUM is always directly under the main data source. If you read my post carefully.....the issue is with the namespace and determining which namespace is incorrect. From rules, the form has no issue with reading the values of the main datasource element. From code (where ...
