pour ce qui est de la liaison avec ton WS as-tu fait une webreference?
si oui c'est très simple tu déclare le même nom que tu as données pour faire la webreference .Service si tu n'a pas changé le namespace de ton WS.

The form emails people when they need to do an action, however unless the form is opened each day it will not do anything (I cannot leave it open).
